The two Programme Associate positions are located in the UNFPA Garowe, and Hargeisa Offices and are part of a team coordinated by the Assistant Representative/Head of Sub-Office and supports in applying established systems and procedures in assisting in the creation of substantive knowledge by compiling, synthesizing and analyzing information relevant to population and development, reproductive health, youth and gender issues. They are instrumental in facilitating programme/project implementation using and developing appropriate mechanisms and systems and ensuring compliance with established procedures. They will report directly to the Assistant Representative.
