The Programme Specialist - Youth is responsible for developing and implementing the Youth Programme management and capacity development in Somalia, working closely with relevant partners and stakeholders. You will provide technical guidance, advisory services and coordination to the Youth Programme.

You will report to the Deputy Representative, under the technical guidance of the Representative.
