Under the overall guidance of the UNFPA Representative/Head of Office (Mogadishu) and under the technical guidance of the Communication/Partnership/Donor Relations Specialist, the Communications Analyst will work in close collaboration with programme and project staff and support the formulation and implementation of the communications and advocacy strategies at the country level to increase the standing and awareness of UNFPA with partners, the media and the public.
The Communications Officer will support the communication component of Peace Building Fund project that promote decision making and inclusion of youth voices in the peace and state building process in Somalia.
