An outstanding opportunity has arisen in the UNFPA Somalia office for a qualified individual to make a real difference in supporting capacity development of statistics in Somalia. The qualified candidate will be part of the team that ensures that UNFPA’s programs on population and development are implemented in the context of the ICPD Programme of Action and UNFPA Strategic Plan.
If successful, you’ll be part of a dynamic and passionate team in Somalia and Nairobi, Kenya that works together to ensure that Population and Development issues are firmly placed within national development processes and national strategic frameworks. The successful candidate will support the administrative, logistical and financial services of the Programme by administering, planning and coordinating activities in support of Programme implementation.
